“I dont know which rating would be appropriate because I ended up having to have surgery before the purchase. I looked at a nice Toyota Avalon that drove great. The check engine light popped on after a long test drive alone, and I notified the salesman. He said they would get the problem fixed and I ended up having to need surgery for a health issue shortly thereafter. The car was nice, the management was very responsive and based on my prepurchase experience, I can only honestly say they I had a good experience here. I would give them my business based on the aforementioned.”

Knowing our roof is nearly 15 years old we got an estimate for a replacement roof. Given the history, we'll go with them. I highly recommend!”

“Awesome customer service and exceptional car buying experience! My son just bought a Volkswagen a couple of days ago, and so far it's been perfect! I initially wasn't going to give a review until I knew for sure that the car doesn't have any issues. However, I trust Khaled(sp?) and feel that he is a very honest person, which is very important when buying a used car. He treated my son and I with the utmost professionalism, respect, care, patience and friendly manner. He allowed us to test drive the car a few times, whatever it took to make us feel comfortable before we purchased. He gave us a good deal on the car and even referred us to an insurance agency that helped my son get a decent rate on his insurance policy. He went above and beyond by giving us a 3 month/3k mile warranty. He is a man of his word; when he said he would check on any of my concerns and call back, he always did...just providing wonderful service throughout. So far, my son is extremely happy with his car, and I am elated that he's happy. As of today, I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a car from NC Eagle Auto Sales.
