“With a free splash pad area, playground, and shaded area, this place was a hidden gem for my 2-year-old! Coming here for a birthday party, we were pleased by this public area that offered a way to cool down for the summer, be outside, and socialize in an affordable way with other friends. My daughter enjoyed playing in the water, resting to eat treats, and running around the playground afterward when she could dry off and warm up a little. The playground has a spongy mat that I appreciated, considering a trip and fall would be especially devastating otherwise. I'm glad this was thought through!”

“First time checking this place out and I can say I'll definitely be back. Got some great deals on a lot of different items, I definitely didn't expect to buy as much as I did but it was all worth it. Looking forward to the next auction in a couple of weeks. Staff was great, friendly, and Kevin was a big help to us as it was our first time there. Highly recommend going and checking it out if you've been thinking about it.”

“Our wedding day was absolutely perfect at Legacy. But what made it even better was working with the staff at Legacy. From the beginning, they were nothing but responsive and accommodating. We worked closely with Caitlynn and she was such a blessing! She answered absolutely any questions we had (which were a lot lol)! When it came to the day of, I was blown away with how smoothly the staff made the day. Every little thing was already planned for in advance whether that came to a ride from the bridal suite to the ceremony or handing me my bouquet for the bouquet toss, they handled it all! The beauty of Legacy Stables is even better in person and you will be blown away! Your memories and pictures will be unforgettable! Any concern I ever had throughout the planning process was quickly tended to and reassured by the staff at Legacy. I am so glad we chose to get married here and would highly recommend having your big day at Legacy Stables and Events!”

“Had an excellent visit on Fathers Day. Normally I do not go anywhere on this day but decided to go to church. The members was very warming and inviting. I see myself possibly as a member here. But like the Lord said lead your sheep and they will follow.”

“Gregory Hairston was fantastic to work with during the purchase of our home. Both he and Tannon were professional, responsive, and supportive as we reviewed multiple homes. Their work ethic, knowledge, and communication are second to none. We appreciate all of their reliability, assistance and would highly recommend them to anyone. Should we ever need an agent again, Gregory would hands-down be our first call.”

“Very nice and helpful staff. I went over to pickup medicines from a nearby urgent care. The person at the pharmacy quickly got the order and included my insurance details, which usually takes quite sometime, to get me the final bill. Overall good experience at the pharmacy and main store.”

“4 6-gallon "Keepsake" mountain laurels arrived in stunningly good condition, considering they spent 5 days being thrown around by UPS (aka Usually Pulverizes Shipment). The driver launched them onto my porch sideways, boxes looking pretty beat up, but only one plant had a little sprig that had broken off. I followed the instructions on the LotsofPlants website to prepare my alkaline (7.5pH) soil. I scraped off and saved my topsoil and dug a a deep trench out of the hard clay below, replaced it with topsoil and pine bark conditioner, and mixed in 4lb of sulfur a month ahead of time to try to get the acidic conditions they like and to give them a place to grow to that's not clay. After planting, I watered them, gave them a tablespoon of slow-release rhododendron food, and then covered with several inches of pine bark mulch. The location pictured gets only a few hours of evening light per day, so hopefully they do well here! My one complaint, and you'll notice this in a lot of reviews, is that the root ball is not very big on these plants. I've included a picture for reference: there's a lot more soil in these pots than there is plant. I guess it's fine since the plants look healthy enough, but my expectation would have been that a six-gallon plant would have had a somewhat larger root ball. If you want that hard-to-find plant that your local nursery doesn't sell, go for it. Lots Of Plants ships a decent plant. Realistically, though, if you can source what you want locally, you should probably do that instead. It'll definitely be cheaper, and you might get a bigger plant too.”
