“I've been a Costco member for many years and I've gotten glasses at both the Greensboro and Winston-Salem stores. My recent experience at the Winston-Salem store was outstanding. I got both regular and sunglasses. The Costco person assisting me was Ewa and she was fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful, meticulous, pleasant, and funny. I loved interacting with her. She took great care with the location of the different regions of the lenses (they're progressive lenses) and, when I picked up the glasses, with their fit and comfort. I can't say enough good things about Ewa. Whatever they're paying her, they should increase it.”

Clark Powell is great at taking an idea for a room, designing a solution which meets all the needs and integrating the technology into the space. Their install teams do a very professional job; cable management is very neat, room controls are clearly labeled and are intuitive for end users. On the very few occasions an issue has occurred, Clark Powell has taken ownership of the problem and has dispatched a service technician to resolve the problem quickly.
