We have two dogs and they got us in for a double apt within seven days. Good visit. Made the pups feel comfortable. Satisfied owners.

Absolutely amazing vet's office. Everyone is so polite and happy to help. They're quick to answer the phone. The staff is very knowledgeable and gave me a variety of options to treat my dog. They also accommodated my reactive dog so it wasn't a headache trying to make it through the lobby. 10/10 will not go to any other vet but this one

We had to take our sweet puppy in for emergency surgery and the entire staff from the moment we stepped foot in the door was so gracious, helpful, and communicative which made leaving our pup as easy as it could be given the circumstances. We normally go to Rolesville Vet Hospital and Dr. Hummel was performing surgeries in Louisburg the day we needed to get him in, so this location was new to us. We certainly felt welcome. Following the surgery, Dr. Hummel called and spent time on the phone answering my questions with great care and compassion. When we arrived to transport our pup to overnight care, she spent additional time talking to both me and my husband, without rushing, and made sure we had all of our questions answered. We are so appreciative of her and her entire staff. They have made a very difficult and emotionally overwhelming time more approachable for us. We can’t thank them enough.

We are new to the area, I was able to get an appointment right away. They are very nice and supportive. They educate you on your pet’s condition. They are very good with your pet. I would highly recommend them for the excellent care they give our pets.
