He responded quickly and gave a very detailed explanation of the process that he and his team would be doing to it. Throughout the process Shawn provided progress photos of what they were working on and repairs we didn’t foresee. In the end I was blown away by the final product, the attention to detail and honesty about the work done is what drove this project above and beyond my expectation. “This was my 1st visit. A walk-in. The best haircut I've ever had. I have very long hair. My hair is not colored nor is it bleached. It's clean and healthy. Plain and simple. Over the years other salons treated me poorly because I didn't want anything more than a nice even trim. "...all THAT hair!" I'm being very honest when I say that until I met Francis I had had the worst haircuts and deplorable treatment at any other salon I'd ever been to. Francis was friendly and welcoming. She gave me the same time and professional attention to detail as the lady before me who had asked for a very short stylized haircut. I am a very satisfied customer and will forevermore be a permanent patron at the Francis Beauty Salon.”
