My husband called Jeremiah with White's Plumbing to see if they could come out and check our hot water heater that had not been working to see if it could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. Jeremiah advised that he'd have one of his service guys come to check it out, likely between 1-3 that same afternoon. Eric showed up, about an hour before the window we were given, and even called to make sure it was ok to go ahead and come. We always have unique circumstances living in a 200 year old farm house. No repair of any kind, no matter how big or small, is ever easy or standard but Eric was great and took the bull by the horns and ran with it, breezing through all of the obstacles he was presented by our old house. He replaced our hot water heater in no time and also discovered a pretty significant leak that we were not aware of and addressed it while he was there. I am thankful for Eric's experience, knowledge and professionalism and also taking the time to explain everything to me in a manner that I could easily communicate everything to my husband. Eric was great and I'd 100% trust him to come back and work at my home. Another great job by White's Plumbing! Thanks guys!

I called into whites plumbing for a leak I was having with my water heater. They sent Eric out, that same day and he was a total professional. Great customer service, friendly inside team. I have been using Whites plumbing since I moved to the area. They do quality work, and highly recommend.

Dave came out today to fix our plumbing issue. He did an amazing job. He is very dependable, efficient, patient, and understanding. He got the job done and our toilets back working within a few hours. Without his efficiency and skills we would've had to close our facility and not see our patients. We will be using Dave at White's Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future! :)

White's Plumbing was literally the ONLY plumber that responded to my urgent issue. Everyone else either didn't answer at all, or didn't have anyone that could come out. My mother had a leak that forced us to have to cut off the main water supply to the house. Tiffany told me she would figure out something to get someone out ASAP, and she did just that. A few hours later, Shane showed up to repair the leak. He was very professional, and not only fixed the leak, but went over what the problem was in detail, and corrected a couple of problems we weren't even aware of. I was very impressed with his attention to detail, and how helpful he was overall. He gave me a couple of really great suggestions to help prevent the same issue from happening again. Shane, I really appreciate how well you handled the issues on hand, and how kind you were during the entire process!! It's incredibly rare these days, and it didn't go unnoticed.

A couple of days later, I called White's Plumbing again to set up another appointment to have the main cutoff valve moved to an easier location for my mom, and to have an old tub valve replaced. I spoke with Keith. Keith was incredibly nice and thorough when going over the options to do both projects. Thanks Keith for your help!

We then had Chase come out to do those projects for us. Chase was punctual, courteous, and kept me in the loop the whole time over the phone. He even texted pictures to show me where he recommended putting the cutoff valve. His communication was superb, and greatly appreciated! Thank you Chase!!

Overall, I've been nothing but impressed with White's Plumbing, and will recommend them to everyone. They've earned my trust with all of our future plumbing needs!

White's is very responsive, exactly what you need and expect when you're having plumbing problems. They showed up the same day we called them.

Eric came out to our house to fix an issue with a drain pipe and a water pipe. He was very professional! He called before he arrived and told us what time to expect him. He was on time! He was friendly and explained exactly what he was doing.

Eric's troubleshooting skills are great. He started with the simple things to check and moved on from there. He was respectful of our property and only cut into the wall when there was no other choice. The way he was able to triage the issue, he was able to pinpoint the issue and only cut into the wall where necessary.

Once he found the issue, Eric was able to fix it quickly and using quality materials. It's probably better than when it was first put in!
