“Joe was initially hard to get ahold of. Once I did, however, he was quite amenable and scheduled us for next day, seems he's a very busy guy. Has a partner that I'm assuming, has some time in the trade. Assessed the problem and resolved the problem fairly quickly. It was a bit more than I thought it would be, but they were prompt, corrected the problem, and didn't leave a mess. I'd likely call him for future plumbing issues as he seems to know what he is doing, unlike alot of other outfits. Efficient and business like, and informative. I'd recommend him and see how you like him.”
