“I was on vacation with my five year old grandson visiting relatives in Gastonia. My grandson needed a hair cut so a family friend suggested that I take him to Luck Spot Barbershop here in Gastonia. I was a little skeptical at first because I had never taken my grandson here before. We entered the shop where we were greeted very politely and "ALL" of the barbers were so nicely dressed and professional. Now getting my five year old grandson to sit still in the chair is usually a job if you know what I mean. The young men were able to get him to relax and took his mind off the sound of the clippers. My grandson sit still the entire time and the barber was able to cut his hair without him even crying which he usually does the entire time he's in the chair. These are some of the most professional well dressed and caring barbers I've had the pleasure of meeting. Keep up the great work guys....”

“It was my first time, and I got a Beard Trimming. They did an AWESOME job, and I would recommend them to anybody! They talked to my family, and was very respectfu! And there wasn't hair everywhere, they clean up often. They even shave you with a straight razor! Couldn't ask for more!”

“I’ve come to this place with my son (8) for close to 2yrs and I love it! The ladies that work here are always thorough and make sure we’re both happy with the end result. They have these notes on his profile where they have the specifics of the haircut that he likes to get and they get it right every time. If we happen to make a quick change here and there for one visit, they make sure to note it in too just in case. We always check in through the app, so we don’t have to wait too long. I recommend this place 100% as it is also very affordable for kids’ haircuts.”

“This is a great establishment. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because they are now hiring more staff and they are not all quite as great as what I have experienced at other times. This location is not particularly close to where I live, but I come here because I can usually find what I want and everyone is always nice...especially the cashiers. The parking sucks on a busy day, but that is not really something they can control. So, overall, I think this is a great store that carries a lot of the products that we need at prices that are not ridiculously gouged.”
