“Brittany at the Gastonia location was a pleasure! Very friendly and personable. We enjoyed talking and laughing with her as we filled out the paperwork. She made sure we completely understood how to get in and out before she left us on our own. Facility is very clean and secure and the A/C is wonderful!! I was planning on only renting through the summer to house my daughters dorm room but think I’ll keep it long term for extra storage, that’s how impressed I was!”
