“Worth checking out. Some of the best instructors for miles. Have a few pro MMA fighters coming out of here. I had no prior MMA training prior to joining so there really is something for everyone. Schedule sometimes changes but usually classes start sometime in the morning and at 6 pm. Very affordable/great value”
