“I have lived in The Village of Ballantyne since May of 2016. I am active duty Army and move a lot every 3 years. My living experience here has been hands down the best compaired to other places I have lived. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have had a few issues come up and they ha e taken care of it instantly with the best of their abilities. The staff goes above and beyond to help the residents. This is the first apartment I have lived in that allows residents to fly an American Flag from their apartment. Which was an instant first and great impression for me. I always have a green light on my patio and infront..first apartments to allow me to do so. I absolutely love living here and hope I can find another apartment like it when I do depart Gastonia. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The staff knows me by name and I’m sure other residents to and always ready to help whenever I need assistance. Truly a 10/10 rating for these apartments.”
