She made sure we completely understood how to get in and out before she left us on our own. Facility is very clean and secure and the A/C is wonderful!! I was planning on only renting through the summer to house my daughters dorm room but think I’ll keep it long term for extra storage, that’s how impressed I was!”

“Best customer service I've ever had. Courtney was very professional and helpful.She was personable and cheerful, you could tell she enjoys her job. She was knowledgeable and patient with me. She answered all my questions (I had a lot) and gave me several options to choose from. We finished up my paper work in no time. My car would not start in the parking lot when I got ready to leave. Courtney was still helping another customer already past time to close. When she finished with him and locked up, she refused to leave until I got my car started and out of the parking lot, even after I told her I had help on the way. She had to have been there at least 3 hours after time for her to leave. I tried to get her to go on home (but I was really glad she stayed). It was the most fun I've ever had while broke down and waiting for help. Thank you Courtney”
