The manger Dan is very helpful she make you feel comfortable and talk to you like you are a member in her family. When you enter the store she has a big smile and ask how can we serve you today. Dana know it was hard for me to come in the store and she realize how hard it was for me to come in the store. And Josh make you smile and when you leave he make sure you are smiling. All the staff is wonderful .I will only conduct business with Gastonia pawn and it the only pawn shop I will visit .Dana works well with her staff. “Excellent service. I showed up first thing Saturday morning to get a new muffler on my truck. As soon as they opened up, they had my truck in the bay and started on it. The guy that did the work was great. He eyeballed it and started bending pipe and other than the end of it where it fit together, had it dead on. A true craftsman! I really appreciated how he got a second person to measure the tips and verify that they looked good. I'm beyond pleased with the work! And my truck sounds amazing!!!”
