(August 13, 2023, 8:23 pm)I am so happy that my insurance led me to Kinetix; it has made my life so much easier; they are so kind and helpful and I know that I am in good hands. I have learned so much and when I get discouraged, they are right there to encourage. They are a family and everyone works together to help each one of us. I can not recommend them enough.
(May 29, 2020, 8:03 pm)During shelter-in-place orders for COVID-19 I began experiencing persistent knee pain. I contacted Dr. Foland and he scheduled me for a virtual visit. During the course of the virtual visit he was able to diagnose the pain as Runner's Knee. In addition to providing me with a regimen of strengthening and stretching exercises for rehabilitation, he sent links to YouTube videos to demonstrate the exercises and he also sent links to demonstrate proper Leukotaping techniques. Dr. Foland followed up on the progress of my rehabilitation on a weekly basis. Within weeks, I began feeling relief from my overuse injury and I was able to return to my regular training schedule. Dr. Foland exemplifies professionalism and expertise. Without hesitation, I would recommend him and his practice to people experiencing sports-related injuries.

I was very weary about my recovery after shoulder surgery due to past experiences but very quickly realized that he is very passionate about his work. Not only that, you can tell that his team around him loves to work with him and that makes a huge impact on their patients. I highly recommend you see this team for your physical recovery!
