It was a very relaxed atmosphere and made me feel very comfortable doing a deal with. I test drove two trucks and was going to test drive a third until I decided to go with the first one I test drove. I told him that I wanted to go with the first one at 7:45pm, and they closed at 8pm. I spoke to Scott Terry, my sales consultant who was honest and straight to the point from the first interaction. I would recommend Scott Terry and Tindol Ford to anyone looking to purchase a Ford car or truck. Scott was easy to work with and was honest and upfront about the pricing of the vehicle, and the sales process in general. He took care of everything from keeping me informed about the vehicle status, sending photos and documents, preparing the vehicle for delivery and also set up shipping to me. Scott on his day off even made sure the vehicle arrived to me as scheduled. Every other dealer I spoke to wanted to mark up the 2019 Raptor above sticker. To their credit Tindol clearly values its customers and building long term relationships. Tindol sold the Raptor at a fair price and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and happy with my purchase. In the age of online bait and switch, I received everything as promised.
