“AWESOME COMPANY, FANTASTIC EMPLOYEES!!!!! I called U-Pack in Charlotte, NC at 9pm at night wanting a cube for the following morning. This was an urgent situation. U-Pack was able to drop off the cube the following day! The cube was packed & picked up 2 days later and dropped off at my destination 2 days after that. The man that drove the truck to drop off the cube in NC, to the man that picked up the cube in RI, to the numerous customer service people and transit people I spoke with, well.....I can only say they were AWESOME!!!!! I never encountered a negative or rude attitude. These folks could not have been any nicer to me from the beginning to the end of my journey with them. There was no worry about theft as I put my own lock on the cube and it is never opened until it gets to the final destination. The cost was very inexpensive compared to any mover; and I didn't have the worries about dealing with "moving people" If you are thinking about moving, you need to call U-Pack! This company is customer friendly, inexpensive, and dependable.”

“The process was simple & the staff was very friendly. The storage unit space was very clean. Having 24 hr access with an off hours entry code is extremely convenient. Although I have an outside unit they are enclosed as a bldg & seem to be ventilated well at the top. This is my 1st experience & month with a storage unit & so far I feel comfortable storing items here. I am adding 9/29/18- I checked my items in storage after Florence came through and everything looked fine in an overview from the entrance.”

Had a boat storage and someone typed my email address wrong as my user name when they bought the property and they can't fix it. It's just a hassle and should be fixable!”

“Great place to keep your boat. Dry storage, slips, trailer parking. Private boat ramp, new dock, beautiful setting. Lots of people kayak and row from here as you can go north where there is little boat traffic. Looks like a great place for an event, picnic or wedding. People here are super friendly as are the staff.”

“Good locally owned storage place for your boat, camper, or RV. The parking is paved, the bays are gravel but there's very little dust. The bays have power and an overhead light. They are fenced all around with a lockable gate. You have to have a security code to get in and out of the gate. There is also 24 hour security cameras. ????”
