I have e conduct business with different pawn in Gastonia and West end pawn shop is excellent compared to other shop I have visited. The manger Dan is very helpful she make you feel comfortable and talk to you like you are a member in her family. When you enter the store she has a big smile and ask how can we serve you today. Dana know it was hard for me to come in the store and she realize how hard it was for me to come in the store. And Josh make you smile and when you leave he make sure you are smiling. All the staff is wonderful .I will only conduct business with Gastonia pawn and it the only pawn shop I will visit .Dana works well with her staff. “Courteous register operator. The store layout is different than I'm used to but I kind of like it. Good job. And the only other thing I can say is it's cool because it's closer to my house than the other one that's a half a mile down the road LOL. They pop up like flies, but that's okay I spent $150 in there today. LOL, overall good store”

“Excellent service. I showed up first thing Saturday morning to get a new muffler on my truck. As soon as they opened up, they had my truck in the bay and started on it. The guy that did the work was great. He eyeballed it and started bending pipe and other than the end of it where it fit together, had it dead on. A true craftsman! I really appreciated how he got a second person to measure the tips and verify that they looked good. I'm beyond pleased with the work! And my truck sounds amazing!!!”

“I went to find a spark plug wire for my 96 Thunderbird and I had to look through a few engines before I found the one that would fit my car, thankfully I was able to find one and it only cost me a dollar. They have a lot of cars to look through. Everyone was really helpful in where I needed to look. I will definitely be going back.”
