“My husband and I were totally impressed by the staff here. This is the best Verizon store I've ever been in. I'm sorry I don't know the name of the employee that helped us but he went over and beyond to help us. He was very patient and thorough, genuinely concerned about the issue we were having. Most of all, the staff there were all very knowledgeable and they helped each other. Listening to some of the conversations going on around us, the other employees were going out of their way to help customers too. We were totally impressed and so appreciative of our treatment there. This store should be recognized for its customer care! We left there feeling we were cared about and valued as customers! Great job they are doing here!”
