Mike Evans Greensboro Piano and Math Tutoring

Mike is not only a great piano teacher, but an excellent instructor of music. I have a new appreciation not only to the instrument but to music theory.

I have been taking lessons from Mike now for about 6 months. In that short time he has done more for my playing than i have in the past 6 years. His Jazz knowledge is incredible. He has a wonderful, encouraging, un-intimidating personality. He also is quick to identify weaknesses and provide drills to completely rectify them. I'm fortunate to have found such a great teacher.

I am a 54 year old returning to music studies. Mike has demonstrated thorough knowledge of his discipline but, most importantly, he has demonstrated the patience and teaching skill required to help me return to the world of music. I can strongly recommend him as a teacher.
