The entire staff was so kind to me and my mom today! Everyone is so upbeat, friendly, smiling, conversationalist and knowledgeable. I wish every store was like this. Nice location too!

Unfortunately, tonight I had to witness an absolutely crazy woman mistreating the nice ladies that work here. I had to step in and tell the woman that I would not stand by and allow her to speak to the ladies the way she was. The ladies working here handled the woman with grace and professionalism that would make any business proud. I hope B&BW views these ladies as the asset they all are.

Did not have to wait outside like every time I go to the one at Friendly. Great selection. Every employee was friendly and helpful.

I visited the Jefferson Village location on 11/10 and Olivia and Meredith were awesome. They went over and beyond helping me find the things I needed. Even going to the back and finding my Strawberry Pound Cake I was searching for. I tried to do a review online but was unable to. I think that the app needs to be updated for customer surveys not just product reviews so that the associates can be recognized for doing such a great job. Keep up the good work ladies💕
