“I tried every possible alternative to get a diesel engine out of a sailboat. There are all sorts of rube goldberg possibilities, but didnt want to take the risk of dropping the engine. They are used to much larger projects, and have a 3 hour minimum. Got the smallest crane (23 ton) to lift my 350 lb engine. The issue is that the diesel has to be maneuvered around tight quarters, which are varnished mahogany. Barry did a great job while I used a signal flag thru the hatch. Set up, extraction and outriggers up was 36 minutes. Will certainly use again for the new engine. Pricey for my application but professional.”

“The customer service from Tim, Janelle and Jordan has been absolutely amazing. When I first moved to Fulton Place, I unfortunately had an issue with a roommate who create a very toxic living area. I came to the leasing office and told Tim, Jordan and Janelle about the problems that I was having with said roommate and they immediately rectified the situation by getting Upper Management involved while acting on my behalf. Within less than a week they also found me a new apartment on site and waived my transfer fee as well. They have been absolutely awesome since I've been here and it has made my time living here a 10/10 experience.”

“I went around 4 PM on Tuesday and got dinner for my family. I ordered a large beef with black bean sauce. The beef was tender and I really enjoyed all the vegetables that were included. The vegetables were broccoli, bamboo, shoots, carrots, green peppers, snow, peas, and baby corn. I also ordered the happy family and that was very delicious. I had a small vegetable lo mein, which was great. I also ordered a small, sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was very tender and moist and I really enjoyed the sauce that came on the side. It wasn’t overly sweet, just right. I’ve been reluctant to try this place because of the low star reviews but this place is excellent and I’m so glad I came here to try it. I will definitely be ordering from here again!”
