“Store #04090 is great, and I would return over and over. When I arrived , Landon opened the door for me, immediately greeted me and asked what he could assist me with. I let him know what I was looking for and he took me right over to the aisle and showed me the different versions and told me which one he thought would be best , even asked what color I preferred. Once we selected the item, he promptly checked me out and got me signed out for speed perks. He explained the benefits and let me know exactly how they work. If I ever need anything else, I’ll make sure to visit this store!”

“Got a quote from Discount Tire for 5 tires for $1500.00 for a set of Mickey Thompsons. Tony at University Tire & Auto was able to beat their price by more then $350 for the exact same tires. I walked out only paying $1120 and a free NC inspection which I believe was worth $30. Awesome great job guys. I'll be back again and again and again! “The location was not hard to find. The inside was very clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and attentive except for one person that seemed to be having an off day. I didn't have any direct contact with this person but did not pick up a friendly vibe. Eric got up and introduced himself which was awesome and took care of everything. There was a mix up from my insurance company about the rental reservation. Eric was on top of it and called my insurance company and a person from the rental car company showed up to pick someone else up. Eric spoke with Heather from Enterprise and she was able to take me back to their location and get me squared away. Eric did a wonderful job of getting the process started to making sure that all my needs were taken care of without having to ask for anything. This was my first time dealing with Vann York but I can tell you that they are off to great start with getting my car fixed. I normally don't go 5 stars but they deserved it for making this a very painless situation. Thank You Eric and Vann York.”
