I couldn’t decide if I wanted BBQ sauce or teriyaki sauce so I asked for extra BBQ sauce and some teriyaki sauce on the side. They both were good though. I ended up with the BBQ sauce. “Stayed at Highbrook from 2020 - 2021. Overall was a great experience. The only reason why we left is that we purchased a house. Pros: 1. Neighborhood a) Community is very quiet. Loud vehicles passing by/neighbor noises are fairly rare. b) Lots of conveniences near by (many restaurants/shops are in walking distance). b) Safe. Used to jog around at 8-9PM. 2. Units are maintained cleanly. It seems like carpet was replaced right before we moved in. 3. Garage/car wash available if you're into it Cons: 1. Gym/pool could not be always available, but most likely due to COVID-19. 2. I could use a bigger gym - at least it's better than nothing and has most I usually use. 3. Utilities were slightly higher here than other apartments I've lived in before. It was generally around $150 for lights + water. Hope it's helpful”
