“We stayed three nights for the Women's ACC Tournament at the Greensboro Coliseum. It's very convenient to the Coliseum for driving. The hotel also offered a $20 round trip shuttle ride for the event; although, we did not take advantage of it. If you are of regular health and the weather is pleasant, the distance could be walked if desired. There are restaurants within close walking distance - fast food, sit down and take out. The hotel itself was well kept, clean and the staff was friendly. We traveled with a 25 lb dog who, although female, will quickly 'mark' other animal odors - she did give any indication of animal smells in the room. We kept her in a crate while away, but if there had been a smell, she would have found it while we were in the room with her! There are ample grass areas for your pet, poo bags and trash can provided, as well as sidewalks around for walking. I felt safe walking my dog in the evening and night, although I suggest having a flashlight or phone flashlight handy. The amenities of the room, dorm size fridge and microwave were used and functional. We brought our own Keurig for coffee, but there is a coffee maker in the room and coffee available in the lobby. Overall a pleasant experience - one we will probably repeat as long as the Tournament is in Greensboro.”

“Had a fabulous stay! Arrived after midnight and the front desk, Nicole, was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave me a bed upgrade and a late check out at instant request, which I appreciated! The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast in the am had a grab bag of apple, orange, bagel/cream cheese, and Danish. Coffee was available hot and fresh, couldn't have asked for more in such pressing times. 100% would stay there again, highly recommend!”

“Just tried for the first time! Was a bit concerned that the order was taking a while, but considering the current situation, i know it's not the restaurants fault. However, im in love. I never leave reviews like this, but wow, very generous pieces of boneless wings, very seasoned (which is lovely but how are they affording all that seasoning, like they are not being greedy at all with the spice!?). Ranch was very tasty and the meal was very filling, we even found a lil bonus wing between the paper! Good job guys, glad my room gets to smell like this for a bit!”

“That was my first time to Carabbas. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. It was so delicious! I am picky about my pasta. For one thing, it cured my curiosity, and I will definitely be going there again! The atmosphere was warm, and inviting. The Service was Great! Lots of table space. Handicap accessible, and a bar area. I was ready surprised about the menu selections. Thanks for a Great experience!”

“This place is thoroughly cleaned daily. The food is fresh and sliced daily. The bread is baked fresh every hour and any bread not sold in that time is considered day old bread and sold cheaply (sold separate). They also have fresh bread for sale too. They veggies are cut fresh every morning and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place to all my meat lovers and vegetarians. They are very considerate of allergies to gluten so they will change they gloves and they do have an unwhich option which is a sandwich wrapped in lettuce instead of using bread. They also have a veggie option where it’s just cheese and no meat. You can even remove the cheese if you want and add more veggies. There is no additional charge for veggies (ONLY the Avocado). For the mighty meat loves they have a Gargantuan (Gar-gan-chew-an) which has all the meats except bacon and tuna. You can add bacon and tuna if you like at an additional charge, but it’s the most huge sandwich they have. If you really wanna get going you can order a 16” sub which is double the normal size 8”. Two sandwiches in one. So delish. Come down and try it out.”
