“Tried to call the office to ascertain a patient number after I received an automated voice mail to call a 1-800 number. Gave me options to press a number for a returning patient and when I pressed the number I waited and then the phone system hung up on me. I repeated the directions after nine calls and got the same results. Not a very good automation system. Also, check the website to register for the patient portal. You cannot register. It only has a log in. Go figure. Otherwise, Dr. Bland is a very good diagnostician and treats her patients well.”
