“I loved my experience buying a Jeep from Impex Auto Sales! I have been driving it for two days now, and I love it! We drove on the lot and walked around and looked at whatever we wanted. We were not rushed or bombarded and then when we were ready we went to them and looked at as many vehicles as I wanted to see ( I was very picky!!!) Angelica was so helpful and she didn’t try to steer me to choose something I wasn’t impressed with and she showed me how all the things worked inside (it was very different than what I was used to). When I saw my car I just knew it, I drove it, and came back and an hour later it was mine! The entire team we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in the process. “Positives: Eric was excellent. Definitely ask for him. Came from out of state to buy a car seen on Car Gurus. They were willing to negotiate over the phone. Pick me up at the airport. And willing to negotiate some more once i saw the car in person. Minor things with the vehicle were addressed once i saw them and brought them up. Disappointment. I expected the car to be clean and ready to go when i got there to see it. Car was relatively clean, but not what i have been used to when purchasing from a dealer. But wasn't a show stopper. I immediately drove the vehicle 1300 miles, and am very pleased with the vehicle and the price I paid for it. For a small dealership, my overall experience was good.”
