“This is my second time leasing at this complex. Overall, I really like living here. My apartment is spacious and the patio/balcony (as well as the outdoor storage closet) is enormous compared to almost anything else you'll find in or around Greensboro. Many things are old, like the faucets, fixtures, and lights, but maintenance is generally quick to come and fix things should they break or wear out. The mail boxes are conveniently placed, and the breezeways are usually kept clear (though that's just as much my neighbors as the complex itself). I do wish they'd start offering valet trash service like the last place I lived, but that's not super important. The only thing that really leaves something to be desired (for me) is the landscaping. It's not necessarily ugly on the whole, but certain spots are a bit of an eyesore. When I lived here before, they had said some major landscaping was going to be done, but it never happened. The particular building I am in could use better drainage in the parking area, and the one I was in before didn't have nearly enough spaces for the number of units it was supposed to serve (and still doesn't).”

“Great customer service. Mistakes happen. How a business handles shows their true colors. I've ordered several times online without issue in the past. Tonight I received a pizza that was missing 3 out of 4 of the toppings it should have had. I called and was given the opinion of having a new pizza delivered or a credit for the next order. I'm sure it wasn't what they wanted to hear on a busy New Year's Eve but I wanted a proper pizza. They delivered a new pizza with all the toppings in a half hour. Nice work guys.”
