“We went to look at a local trade in, a 2010 Dodge SXT. We were cautiously optimistic, as we had looked at 3 or 4 vans before this at various car lots all over Winston-Salem, Greensboro and further. Our drive from Winston-Salem was definitely worth it! It has the engine we wanted, a back up camera and was a local trade.. We liked that Flow had performed work that the van needed, instead of just putting it out there. Our Salesman was Nick Johnson was patient and very friendly. They agreed to a price we wanted to be at on the van. Sheldon offered an extended warranty, which we accepted. The Flow warranty was good for a used car, but for some more tummy comfort we got the extended warranty. Nick also had Bluetooth added to our van, included in on the agreed price and gave us a loaner that was really nice. Jeff the Manager was very helpful and we cannot thank the Flow team enough. We LOVE THE VAN!!! When you want to be treated fairly and not feel pressured, go to Flow Auto Center of Greensboro off of Bridford Parkway. We cannot thank them enough.
