“We stopped into the Bank of Oak Ridge late (i.e. about 1/2 hour before closing time) on a Thursday to open an account. We were busy with other errands, so weren’t able to get there earlier. Natalie greeted us cheerfully and got us right in to open the account. She was efficient and even worked around me running another errand while she was doing the setup. All in all, we appreciated her helpfulness and willingness to work with our busy schedule.”
