“Butch and his crew were great! I had been reviewing and getting quotes all around town for work on my BMW 2013. The Dealer was telling me all these crazy things wrong with my car and I could trust them anymore. I called around multiple Mechanic shops and they all seemed very expensive and just another shop. “Mike helped us purchase our first home. He was referred to us by a friend who also used him and had great things to say about him. Our mortgage broker also had great things to say about him. He was available, honest, and passionate about helping us. Communication was amazing. When you need him he is there. Because we moved to a sub-division and the house we purchased has a fence and both neighbors do as well, he suggested we get a survey to show the property markers to be sure everything is correct. We did and his advice was on point because the next door neighbor had his fence on our property by 13ft. Mike put it to where the seller had to deal with this before closing and it all worked out because now we can move in and don't have to deal with any of these issues. Glad we followed his advice. I was expecting to be treated like a job and primarily ignored before a painful extraction- because that's how it was at my previous dental surgeons office. I was instead treated like a person, and put at ease by both Dr. Best and his assistant Nikki. (She's great! Really easy to talk to, and has an awesome sense of humor!!!) I placed an order online and for some reason once the order was placed I check my order details and noticed that for some reason my apartment # didn't show up with my address. I called them since they are located in NC and I'm in VA to see if they could edit in my apartment # and they did tell me they were going to do that for me. I was thinking they might've forgotten about it and hoping they didn't forget. They did make sure to add it in my address. It's the little things that make a big difference. If they never would've done that my order could've easily just been left at the building for anyone to take my package or get sent back by the post office. Prices are good and will be shopping with them for more retro/nostalgic games ! Would recommend to anyone looking for their retro choices...”

Dr. Brown is so great with our dog and she is great with people as well, as she has a way of explaining things that are way over my head, so that I can understand exactly what is going on. “My boys really enjoy class with Mr. Jamie. We've participated for 2 years or so now. During the pandemic Mr. Jamie did so much to keep the kids learning. He did zooms, Facebook lives, YouTube videos, etc. I love that he had a roundtable class with the kids every week just to talk. Now he has even started sessions for parents to talk since we can't come into the studio. Karate gives the kids a sense of discipline and also teaches them about respect. Mr. Jamie is always open to feedback or questions. He is a great role model for kids. I adopted my boys and they don't necessarily have a strong male in their lives on a daily basis. It is great to have someone like Mr. Jamie who shows them what a strong and caring man is like. His wife and daughter also help out and make it a true family business. They keep you updated via Facebook and help take photos at events. They are great people and really make this class worth every penny.”
