“The whole staff is amazing. Short wait times. Super friendly. My son is three and has Autism. He does not like anyone touching his face. He has a meltdown and cries but they are so patient and gentle with him. They sing the alphabet song and count to calm him down. By the end of his most recent visit my "non-verbal" son said phrases...unprompted which is HUGE. He thanked them himself! Amazing.”

“I have been attending this dentist for some time now and I must say that Dr. Oliver has always worked with me. I enjoyed my visit today and feel that I have developed a relationship with him and his staff. I want to mention that his front desk staff always are helpful and work with me, and my schedule. I called just this week to catch up on my cleaning, and got an appointment this week. The check in lady is very sweet, and always makes me feel welcome and appreciated. She put a dirty tool in my face to show how much plaque she found, which I found unspeabably rude and also scary since I already have a dental phobia. A phobe like me doesn't want or need a sharp tool inches from there eye! She also just had so much negative to say. Everyone else is professional so far.”

“I normally do not write reviews, but I think when one is due it must be written. My husband and I are attending this office for dental care. From the time you enact with James the receptionist it only continues to get better. The information that is relayed to the patients are accurate and precise. I have worked as a Benefits Analysts, but have retired for years now. Individuals who are not educated will struggle with understanding the verbiage. But, for those individuals who don't, I don't believe it cannot be explained any clearer. Also, I like that fact that there are no surprises on the patients financial responsibility. The practice is clean the atmosphere is all together a plus. The process and staffing was much thought of when they were hired. it is obvious in the staff and their kindness. Now, Dr. Fonda Smith-Strickland, she is amazing. She definitely knows what she is doing. Normally, the numbing medicine is painful, the pinch that we all dislike but, honestly I did not feel anything at all. She is a professional and also the education and other solutions she gives based on each individual case. I didn't even feel anything afterwards. My husband and I will patronize her establishment until we leave the country. For every problem Dr. Smith-Strickland has a resolution. She is AWESOME!! Dr. Fonda Smith-Strickland thank you for the education and resolutions you have provided on my husband and I on our dental care.”

“I am so very happy that I was referred to Dr. Durham's office!! Dr. Durham is so caring and takes the time to answer all your questions to make sure you have the best experience with all your dental needs. I have had MANY dental surgeries in 2018 and needless to say I have had terrible experiences with the dental surgeon that handled those surgeries to the point that I was willing to continue in pain. I requested my dental office refer me somewhere else and OMG I am so pleased I was sent to Dr. Durham's office. The STAFF is amazing! My post care as amazing! My care during my surgery I know was amazing---yes I was knocked out but I know this because the same day I went home I was able to relax, eat, watch TV and enjoy my day. After only the third day after my surgery I was able to go on a job interview which is amazing. My post care has been amazing also. I have called twice and it's a wonderful feeling knowing the other person on the line is eager to help you. Thanks to all that made my surgery the best possible especially Dr. Durham. “My daughter saw Dr. Keaton to have her tongue and lip tie released. I could not be happier with the results! My daughter couldn’t nurse efficiently and was having to be supplemented with a bottle. Immediately after the procedure she was able to efficiently nurse and we were able to eliminate the bottle all together. The procedure was very quick and healing time was minimal. Dr. Keaton and his team made me feel super comfortable and took great care of my little girl. I would highly recommend this practice!”

“Dr Gill is the best dentist ever! I made the mistake of going to two other dentists in the area and they did some horrible work. Dr Gill has worked with me to correct all of the issues and has my teeth looking and feeling great. The staff is also extremely polite and friendly. Side note:I have anxiety with needles (I have had so many in my mouth) but with Dr Gill he is so gentle I barely know I am getting them. I recommend him to everyone I know. Top notch, caring , honest and friendly!”

“Currently going through the program. Not only have I heard nothing but excellent about this program, I am blessed enough to get to experience it as well. Such a great group of people, especially miss Susie, she is defiantly a diamond in the ruff. She is knowledgeable and laid back all at the same time. I haven't completed the course(on our fifth week) just yet. I honestly and truly recommend this program to anyone willing to dedicate 10 Saturdays to a road to a life-long career.
