During this time she kept apologizing even though it was not her fault and it was out of her control. She kept calling to keep me posted on any updates she got and when the lights came back on the first thing she did was call me. Her work environment is amazing & I love her set up. She is very sweet and makes you want to come back, and not to mention she did her absolute best work on my hair. It wasn’t to tight to where I couldn’t think it’s just right and it’s fresh.
