He was available, honest, and passionate about helping us. Communication was amazing. When you need him he is there. Because we moved to a sub-division and the house we purchased has a fence and both neighbors do as well, he suggested we get a survey to show the property markers to be sure everything is correct. We did and his advice was on point because the next door neighbor had his fence on our property by 13ft. Mike put it to where the seller had to deal with this before closing and it all worked out because now we can move in and don't have to deal with any of these issues. Glad we followed his advice. “11/9/22...arrived 4 hrs early....push button on gate...blindside into a door. .chock both sides...go inside and check in with shipping clerk...pull the inside door hard it's sticky..I signed my paperwork and they gave me the seal...took about an hour...I got there about 4pm to a mt dock ...made the blindside easier...the lol guys came in pretty steady after that...could have caused a otr truck problems with the blindside...nowhere to park after ur loaded so b ready to leave..”
