This includes new members and walk-ins that have never participated in CrossFit workouts. The community is a tremendous group of people and are very welcoming. When you walk in the door there are all body types with many different abilities. The equipment at this gym is top-notch which includes mostly Rogue equipment. I have been active in CrossFit for over seven years at different gyms and I believe this gym offers everything at so many different levels.”
