Being in Customer Service myself I tend to critique service more than others.
Sheryl Hill and her Lead Sales Rep Lisa were prompt and extremely courteous.
And saved me money!!

Sheryl’s agency has been great to work with us. We have only been with State Farm for less than 5 years and in that time we unfortunately have to file three claims between home and auto. They have provided excellent service in helping us work through claim process and keeping us up to date in all the activities. We like to stay loyal to the companies we work with and the last company we had for over 20 years. In that time we filed only 2 claims. The company (Allstate) made the process very difficult to work through the claims and no response when trying to follow up. Sheryl’s team kept us informed and returned our calls immediately and made us feel we were there top concern.

This team is very customer service oriented and made us feel part of the family.

This agency strives higher than any other company I’ve spoken too and been with. They make sure you understand and are very kind and mannered. The Sheryl Hill team is what I would want helping and working with me when I have any problem. Without question these ladies make it feel safer and make sure as an individual you are doing well too.
