I found Toby and WOW, what an incredible Muay Thai instructor/ mentor/ personal trainer he is !!! My 16yr. old son Has been going for four months, Mon-Thurs. and and is now more confident/ physically stronger / healthier and all around matured in a positive way. The staff at Lake Norman Cryotherapy were very good about answering my questions and removing any fears that I may have. Not only is the treatment very effective but the atmosphere at the gym where they are hosted is a very family oriented in very positive place! “I've always had to force myself to workout. I never want to go but always feel much better after I do. 9Round makes it easy. Great workout in about 30 minutes. Our trainers are very good. I especially like the boxing portions of the workout. It's a great stress reliever. I may never get in a ring but I leave feeling like a champion. I also saw good results in about 6 weeks, getting to my lowest weight in over 5 years by combining exercise and tweaking my diet. And that was only going twice a week. My goal in '19 is to work up to 3 days a week and see how fit I can get before I turn 55 in March. BTW- I had two heart stents put in in 2017 and going to 9Round hasn't done anything but make me stronger.”
