The rest of the staff are great - the front desk ladies could use some help! This place is the best because they bill as a physician, but are open some one Saturday and some after-hours. The audiologist was caring, listened to my concerns, thorough with testing, explained everything no matter how many questions I asked and made me feel comfortable. I have had many hearing test for the past 20 years by my ENT office, but these test were more thorough and answered many questions and concerns I have had with my hearing and tinnitus. She was wayyyy better than I expected and I still remember and use a lot of the tips and things she showed me. Also made sure I knew how to pace myself during a workout.
