The most kind and professional people you can work with. I had an incident where I was sent the wrong items. I freaked out a bit but they calmly explained to me that they’d get it resolved ASAP and they did. The owner is an incredible person who also worked with me to understand and resolve the problem. To my surprise the Owner of the company is contacting me to tell me that they will correct my mistake and ship out my springs. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! THANK YOU SPRING RATES.

They had my order of extreme lows with a custom spring rate shipped within two days even though their lead time was advertised as 8-10 weeks! I ran into a shipping hiccup and contacted Springrates. They replied accordingly with a solution! Awesome company and customer service.
