Scott Hale was exceptional! It was an absolute pleasure working out all of the fine details with him. Car-buying can be a long and arduous process, but he made our first car-buying experience a delight. My parents were there and he did not drop the ball in being funny and charming, getting them drinks and making us feel like we were VIPs. He did everything in his power to do his job well and it was actually a fun day doing paperwork! He was a fantastic face to Flow automotive and we are so glad to be part of the Flow family!!
Mr. Scott Hale is the best. He has a great personality and definitely does not make us feel like he's trying to force a sale upon us. He's very informative and knowledgeable in the products. He takes the time to educate us on the numerous special features. Outstanding job, Sir Hale!
I just became the new owner of a Flow-certified, slightly used 350Z. I live in Columbia, SC and found the car advertised on the internet. The dealership is 2+ hours away, but I could tell Flow Automotive was top notch. I contacted them and communicated with CRC Agent, Cailey Sween, about setting up a test drive. She was invaluable, setting up the VIP test drive appointment and answering some process questions I had. She connected me to Salesman, Bobby Piland, who stayed in touch with me up to the appointment. We arrived 20 minutes early and he already had the car detailed and ready for the test drive. Bobby made the entire purchase process go smoothly even when State Farm had issues on their end which could have delayed the purchase. Bobby and Cailey eased my mind through the entire process and made this an easy decision to purchase from Flow. Thank you both!!!
