For instance, the car only came with one key instead of two. He made me an appointment to get the key made (about an hour and a half process), made sure my car was detailed, and that a recall was taken care of all during the appointment slot. He even went into the detail shop and helped them get my car done so that I could go pick up my kids. I was very impressed by the dealership and Cody! We would definitely purchase another car from them in the future.
