  Fix it right the first time, its the company motto. I'd Would 've paid double for the quality and communication I received. A smooth process without a headache. Priceless.

  Trust him. He's honest. Sometimes its hard to hear but fix it right the first time or pay to fix it again.

  Tony and his crew were absolutely fantastic! I had a very tight time frame (as another repairman flaked out on me at the last minute and I was moving out of state at the end of the month) and Tony actually fit me in so within a week of me contacting them. I was impressed with how efficient they were, and they were all very respectful. Whenever something happened (like a corroded pipe we did not expect) they asked me first about fixing it, and let me know how they would do it, and went ahead with fixing the problem.
  
  I had them install two sinks and faucets, replace the shower walls, replace a bathroom floor, install baseboard molding in two bedrooms, a hallway, closets, and bathroom, fix 4 different electrical issues, install a new outdoor light, installed a new door from the garage to the house, as well as a new storm door at the front entrance. They also ended up replacing 2 pipes that had corroded so much they were in danger of breaking. The total came out to roughly $3,500. They were at my place for 3 days straight (9am to 6pm) and worked nonstop.
  
  I really can't say enough great things about this company. I was able to correspond with their contact person through Facebook messenger (which was really nice) and with Tony by regular text/phone. I highly recommend them for your next home improvement job, no matter what it is.

  I've loved the work back in 2018 and so glad to be able to enjoy a whole new project now October 2019. The house is looking fabulous. We're really enjoying entertaining our family and friends. Thank you all for your care to details! Much appreciated!

  There are few companies that I would go out on google and give a review. But in the case of DT Property Management and MN Property Repairman, I will do it. I've dealt with so many companies that never followed through on there Moto. Tony's company's company slogan is " Fix it right the FIRST time" I paid a fair premium price, but now it's done right. Thank You.
