“RA Jackson Electric recently addressed a problem I was having with the line inputs to my air conditioner. They were recommended by Stephenson’s Heating and Air Conditioning. I found the technicians to be both professional and courteous. After I called Jackson’s, the technicians arrived later that day, which was great, it was hot with no AC. Upon inspection, a tech tightened a wire that was rather loose and thought that may have fixed the intermittent input problem to my AC unit. Unfortunately, the same issue reared up again later that night. The technician troubleshot the circuit logically, it was an intermittent fault. I called Jackson’s Electric first thing in the morning the next day to schedule an appointment, they were at my house by noon. This time they replaced a quick disconnect at the input to the AC unit. Mr. Jackson was kind and did not charge me for the second service call. This company and its technicians obviously care about doing a professional job. It is no wonder Stephenson’s Heating and Air Conditioning recommended them, they were quick, courteous and reliable.”
