It is a lovely community of people! The teachers are very kind, knowledgeable, and support the students in their growth and practice. It’s a peaceful and fun place to be.”

“A little over a year ago I was having a very hard time as I'm sure many people were. I started seeing Karissa Ortiz through Telehealth appointments and I'm so glad I did. Talking to her has helped me so much. She gives me so much insight into things , coping skills, and is just overall so encouraging and helpful. She is very intelligent and truly cares about my well being. Her cat Storm gives us some good laughs during the sessions too. I'm a dog lover and my three dogs ease my anxiety so much so I believe whole heartedly animals help people. My Primary Care Provider Avance Care matched me with Animal Assisted Therapy of the Triangle and I am so glad they did.”

“Great experience getting my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was gentle but cleaned my teeth very well. I have a cavity but feel comfortable coming back for my filling. They make you feel comfortable and explain treatment plans. Such great team of compassionate care givers. Highly recommend this practice if you are looking for dental care.”

“I recently switched to The Growing Years after multiple issues at my previous daycare. I couldn’t be happier! My child is excited to go to school now. I haven’t had a single issue. I really appreciate how it’s always the same teachers in her class. They put her activities in the app and I get a picture every day! They make them wash hands throughout the day. My child hasn’t been sick at all since starting here. The children seem happier and more well behaved. I can tell my child is learning a lot. The directors are amazing!
