“I generally don't leave reviews---I am very critical. My Mom was at the Enclave in Clayton for 10 months. She was kept clean, fed wonderful food, was stimulated and happy. She passed a few months before her 100th birthday. The staff was kind and kept me in the loop with all her care. Most of the other facilities have an incredibly high turnover rate. This does not seem to be an issue at the Enclave”

“A little over a year ago I was having a very hard time as I'm sure many people were. I started seeing Karissa Ortiz through Telehealth appointments and I'm so glad I did. Talking to her has helped me so much. She gives me so much insight into things , coping skills, and is just overall so encouraging and helpful. She is very intelligent and truly cares about my well being. Her cat Storm gives us some good laughs during the sessions too. I'm a dog lover and my three dogs ease my anxiety so much so I believe whole heartedly animals help people. My Primary Care Provider Avance Care matched me with Animal Assisted Therapy of the Triangle and I am so glad they did.”

“Enjoyed the outdoor pool. Needs to have more tables with umbrella's. I noticed that people were putting their stuff at the tables and staying in the pool most of the time. They should have a rule that you have to be at your table a certain amount of time if you're going to reserve it for the day. The food was really good at the Rosebud Cafe.”

I was extremely impressed with the radiology tech that works there because she saw something on my arm and took additional images. Without those additional images my radial head fracture wouldn't have gotten captured! Excellent staff! Highly recommend!”
