Chuck's Heating Cooling & Refrigeration. Co.

Chuck came out quickly for the service call and gave his expert opinion right away. Unfortunately, the warranty company, as most will do, delayed his work and I was forced to go another route. Though I was unable to use Chucks services due to my warranty company, I believe Chuck is a great option in the Smithfield area and a stand up business owner.

I have used Chucks in the past and I wouldnt use anyone else,you wont find a more honest and professional company anywhere in eastern North Carolina they are 40 miles from me but there is no one better thats closer.

They were very professional and on time. Reasonable pricing and was able to fix any problem that I had. One of the guys was even able to look at my refrigerator and dryer while he was there. I call them for everything now.

I called and spoke to Chuck. He was very informative and talked to me about his business. He was a very kind person and very knowledgeable. He did attempt to set expectations. To the reviewer who said women should beware, I didn’t get this impression at all. In fact, I got the opposite impression from him. I will absolutely work with Chuck and his team.
