I like them so much that I made them my primary care doctor. I love Dr. Anna Nicole Sullivan. She is so caring and concerned about her patients health problems. Great place! They are all so kind and caring.

I loved the PAs Dan McKearney, Justin Bentley, Jennifer McCleary and Stacey Hogg. They've always been so nice, helpful and informative. I really don't like the fact that all the good ones keep leaving.
They have changed their hours so many times, it's hard to make an appointment anymore. They didn't inform anyone of their changed hours. Many older patients don't have access to the internet, so they don't see hours listed there.
I really needed to be seen, but not ER worthy. I have forms that I need filled out for work, but my only day off is Friday, and I work 8-4.
But yet, there's no hours on the door AND the sign on the side of building says they are open 7 days a week. That's why I started going to them in the first place 8 years ago.
Not to mention their website is not up to date. The PA's they have listed, none of them work there anymore.

**Update**
The phone service that provides voicemail for them has FOUR active tickets from the office. They've asked several times to have voicemail changed to where it tells patients they are closed, or at lunch, or even to tell the hours.
They've requested the sign on the side of the building to be changed.
They have requested a second provider for the office so that they could open more hours.
The complaints need to be heard by home office & phone service company. The office is going to lose patients because of things higher ups are not taking care of.

Great office to come and get treated best staff members everyone really sweet . Cassie is the front representative she is sweet and polite. And aslo ms. Sullivan is. A sweat heart she very polite the most sweetest person there can be and she really great with the patients I would come more often here

Best Office I’ve been to. The Nurse Kristy is the best one I’ve ever had. So nice and caring and treats you like family. Cassie is the lady at the front and she is nice and polite. Nikki is the phlebotomist and is great at drawing blood. The provider Mrs. Sullivan listens to you and knows what she’s doing. Trisha is the office manager and always talks to me with respect and ask how I’m doing ever time I go to my appointment. I will keep coming to this office, as long as the nice sweet nurse Kristy is there.
