“Highly recommend on a mall trip! They have some cute t-shirts, tanks, skirts and very durable jackets! They have a one year return policy so if a button flies off or a zipper breaks you can return it! The quality is worth the price and honestly the staff are wonderful, most wear the clothes they are selling and will know all about the fit. Which in my opinion is a breath of fresh air, I talked with one lady who was wonderful about helping me find the perfect fit for my trip and their sandals? To die for! They are made out of yoga mat material and come in both mens and womens so no one gets left out, the memorial day sale was wonderful I can't recommend it enough❤”

“I finally visited the Smithfield Carolina outlet stores today. I'm really not an outlet shopper at all but I heard this location had a variety of stores and brands I enjoy. I did not get a chance to visit every store while on a time limit but I am happy with what I spent within my budget for the quality of items I purchased. I enjoyed shopping at the Adidas store. They had a 60% off clearance sale and I was able to purchase 2 outfits for my daughter priced at $7.99 & 10.99 per piece. The selection was excellent and I saw some adorable IVY Park sneakers and boots by Beyoncé. Customer service was excellent. I also visited the Lane Bryant store to purchase undergarments. The customer service was impeccable and the store was well stocked compared to Raleigh. I was very happy with the sale items I purchased and will definitely return to visit the remainder of the stores. This outlet mall could use a modern renovation so that is the only negative.”

“One of the best Direct Tools Factory Outlet stores I've seen...and I've been to a number of them in Georgia. The Smithfield store far and away is the best organized, clean, well-stocked store, with great discount prices...some as much as 1/2 off their regular low prices. I've even ordered online and picked up in the sore, even though the store is more than an hour away from my house. Barbara and Brad and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. While I wish there were a store closer to my house, I don't mind the long drive to Smithfield on occasion because I know I'm going to come home satisfied.”
