I had originally reached out to Precision Auto Glass in April for a quote on my cracked windshield that needed replacing, but didn't have the funds to get this taken care of until now (september). I called Michael just to see how this process works, I was debating on going through insurance and he honored the quote I was given back in April so I just paid out of pocket for it. Precision was around $300 cheaper than Safelite for the same (if not better, service). I called them on the 26th, Michael made sure I got the MOPAR glass I needed that night and they scheduled to fix my jeep the next afternoon! Michael was very knowledgeable, he's affordable, and quick! it only took him and his partner an hour to complete the job. I'd much rather support this business than any big company. I'm so glad I went with Precision :) thank you so much guys!!”

Well I mean technically I went in for an inspection, but still, I was in and out in under 10 minutes and that was a very nice change from the normal hour wait in an uncomfortable lobby drinking stale coffee. The moment I pulled up, there was someone at my door to assist. The staff were courteous and didn’t try to unnecessarily upsell me, which I really appreciated.
