It was just very unfortunate that a daytime position was unavailable for me out of the Selma terminal when I moved to the Raleigh-Durham area. Mike Stevens (Selma Terminal Manager) is a great TM, very knowledgeable, and understanding to driver situations. Eagle transport will always have work available for the driver, and always implements SAFETY FIRST!! The dispatch team is top of the line, and flexible. The maintenance team is top notch and expedient, and the coworkers were friendly and a great group to be around. “EXCELLENT customer service! Easy online payment portal. Friendly reminders when time to pay. Has auto pay available. Excellent location! Storage unit was clean(NO BUGS) and facility is simple and functional. Lots of maneuvering space unlike the over crowded driving and maneuvering areas in other facilities around this area. Customer Service is off site but is fast to respond to any calls, etc. They have been helpful and great. Only issues are pretty minor: 1) HUGE pothole right at entrance that is very hard to miss as you try to enter or exit. It is so deep and large that it can do some very real damage. Has been a year and not repaired. 2) Unit had holes in walls and part of unit internal ceiling (not the actual roof of the building) is falling in. These are cosmetic issues only and they do not appear to allow any rail, etc into the unit. The repairs from before we rented the unit were not well done and are literally falling off in the heat and humidity we have around here. We have been very happy so far with our unit and the customer service.”

“Awesome location, and superior staff. I accidentally forgot to slide my latch before locking up my unit, and one of their managers noticed during routine a walkthrough. He called and left me a message informing. I love that my stuff is indoors, they have 3 floors, an elevator, carts, nice management, and auto draft. When I upgraded my unit size, they even made sure it was not far from my old unit to make moving easy. (Granted I was lucky they still had units near my old one.) I highly recommend this location.”

“My dad was moved to Meadowview Assisted Living Center back in August 2020, right in the midst of the pandemic. It was a difficult adjustment for him, and me. The hardest part, was the inability for me to go in to visit him. I had to trust that the staff were caring for him the way he deserved. There was definitely an adjustment period, but the director, Sherry, and her staff worked hard to make him feel at home. He is very happy living there now. I feel very comforted in the fact that I am in constant contact with Sherry. They all care very much about the residents.”
