“Rented a climate controlled storage unit for about 2 years here and I never had a single worry or problem! Renting the unit was easy as could be and the prices are excellent. The office staff are very kind and friendly and monitor the cameras closely when people are in the building. So closely, in fact, that they knew I had fully emptied my unit in anticipation of ending the rental (the "signal" is leaving the empty unit completely open with the door up) and by the time I made my way up to the office they had already taken care of everything for me! Apparently the lock and keys are yours to keep, but I turned mine in regardless. If I ever need to rent a storage unit again I will be going to a Bee Safe Storage facility without hesitation.”

They predicted doom since we'd used the cheap Lowes moving boxes but they managed to get everything to the new house and unloaded without breaking a single thing. Trouble free from start to finish.
